1. What can I do with my Amazon Gift Card balance?

   The Amazon Gift Card balance can be used with few restrictions for online purchases on its website, but it can't be refunded. For more information check Amazon’s Gift Cards Terms and Conditions.

2. How can I check if my Amazon Gift Card balance top up was successful?

   Once your balance is topped-up you receive within 15 minutes a payment confirmation from Paysafecash and Amazon. In case you haven’t received the confirmation e-mails please check the mailboxes (and spam folders) which are linked to the used Amazon accounts and that there is no e-mail blocking active.

   To find Amazon Gift Card balance overview, please click ‘View your Balance’ in the Amazon payment confirmation e-mail, which will lead you directly to the balance overview. Alternatively, in your Amazon account, click ‘Gift Cards & Top Up’ in the menu bar and you will get the same overview.

   In case the payment failed, and you can’t find the top up in the Amazon Gift Card balance overview, the amount will be in your Paysafecash account and you can withdraw it through a bank transfer at any moment.

   In case the balance is not available in your Paysafecash account, please contact the Amazon support with the serial number of the confirmation e-mail directly: amazon-bm-gc-inbox-eu@amazon.com

3. How can I top up my Amazon Gift Card balance?
   • Start the top up from the Paysafecash webpage, your Paysafecash account or the Paysafecash mobile app (iOS or Android) and continue by following these simple steps: 
   • Sign in with the credentials of the Amazon account you want to top up. 
   • Enter the amount you want to top up your Amazon Gift Card balance (depending on the available Amazon website, the amounts should be between EUR 5 - EUR 500 or GBP 5 - GBP 499 per transaction*). 
   • Register or login with your Paysafecash credentials. 
   • Take the barcode (generated in your local currency) with you to the closest Payment Point to pay the amount due. 
   • Check our Payment Point search on the homepage or the mobile app to find the closest location. 
   • After some time (not more than 15 minutes), both Paysafecash and Amazon will notify you by email once the payment is marked as successful. 
   • Enjoy shopping!

4. Why is there more than one Amazon marketplace provided?

   Depending on your country of residence, you can top up your Amazon Gift Card balance at:

   • amazon.de, e.g. if you are from Austria or Poland
   • amazon.co.uk, e.g. if you are from UK or Ireland
   • amazon.de or amazon.co.uk, if you are from Sweden
      

   Topped-up funds are not transferable to other Amazon accounts or Amazon websites. For more information check Amazon’s Gift Cards Terms and Conditions.

5. Can I top up more than one Amazon account?

   Yes, simply use during the top up process the Amazon credentials of the account you want to top up!

   How to change the Amazon account to fund different Amazon accounts:

   During the top up flow

   • On the screen where you’re asked to ‘Click ‘Allow’ to Sign-In to Paysafe’ –  Click the user icon, on the top right and press ‘Sign out’.
   • Afterwards you will be asked to provide your Amazon credentials and you can use other ones.
      

   In the Amazon app

   • Please open the Amazon app on your mobile device.
   • In the app main menu, you will find the options, where you can log out.
   • As soon as you‘re logged out, you can top up another Amazon Gift Card balance with Paysafecash.

    

6. How long is the generated barcode and the Amazon Gift Card balance valid?

   All unused Amazon barcodes expire after 24 hours automatically and disappear from your app. Currently the Amazon Gift Card balance is valid for a period of 10 years from the purchase moments, but please check Amazon’s Gift Cards Terms and Conditions for more information.
