The Amazon Gift Card balance can be used with few restrictions for online purchases on its website, but it can't be refunded. For more information check Amazon’s Gift Cards Terms and Conditions.
Once your balance is topped-up you receive within 15 minutes a payment confirmation from Paysafecash and Amazon. In case you haven’t received the confirmation e-mails please check the mailboxes (and spam folders) which are linked to the used Amazon accounts and that there is no e-mail blocking active.
To find Amazon Gift Card balance overview, please click ‘View your Balance’ in the Amazon payment confirmation e-mail, which will lead you directly to the balance overview. Alternatively, in your Amazon account, click ‘Gift Cards & Top Up’ in the menu bar and you will get the same overview.
In case the payment failed, and you can’t find the top up in the Amazon Gift Card balance overview, the amount will be in your Paysafecash account and you can withdraw it through a bank transfer at any moment.
In case the balance is not available in your Paysafecash account, please contact the Amazon support with the serial number of the confirmation e-mail directly: amazon-bm-gc-inbox-eu@amazon.com
