Find payment point
Having problems with payments using PaysafeCash? You can find exact instructions here, which you can show to the salesperson.
This is how it works
Sign in to your app
Consumers open their banking or wallet app and select "Cash” as their deposit method.
Choose amount
They enter the amount to deposit and generate a barcode. The barcode can be saved via email, SMS, mobile wallet, or print.
Scan & deposit
They locate a nearby payment point using the PaysafeCash store locator and have the barcode scanned by the cashier. The cash amount is then deposited.
Select PaysafeCash
Consumers shop online and select "Cash[Abigail M18.1][Brian Ger19.1]” as their payment method or top up their gift card balance at checkout.
Get the barcode
A barcode is generated and saved via email, SMS, mobile wallet, or print.
Scan & pay
They locate a nearby payment point via the store locator and have the barcode scanned. The payment is then completed in cash.
Sign in to app
Sign in to your service provider app and select PaysafeCash as your payment method.
Get the barcode
Enter the amount you need to pay, unless the amount due is already displayed. Get your barcode and save it by sending it via email or text message, uploading the barcode into your mobile wallet or print it.
Scan & pay
Use the PaysafeCash store locator to find your nearest payment point and have the barcode scanned by the cashier. Then deposit the open amount in cash. Done. You can find additional help for the payment process here.
Go to payment store
Show your printed bill to the cashier at the payment point, and have the barcode scanned.
Pay open amount
Pay the open amount and keep the receipt. Done.
