Please check the Paysafecash payment point locator to see if your desired location is an authorized acceptance partner for Paysafecash.
It could occur that the sales assistant has not heard of Paysafecash. If this happens, simply guide the assistant to select "Payment method/Vouchers" on his/her display and then select "paysafecard direct / Paysafecash". The QR/barcode should then be scanned and, after payment is received, the confirmation/receipt will be printed.
